Telescopic dispensers

The innovative telescopic dispensersensure a steaming action limited only to the width of the fabric in work (fig 1), regardless of the width of the machine, thus optimizing steam supply and consumption. The dynamic vaporization allows to obtain a very intense fabric steaming, thus ensuring a high productivity.

HYBRID Tecnology

The HYBRID Tecnology allows to mix steam and water as desired, thus enabling a substantial reduction of the steam consumption. In case of wool fabrics, the handle becomes "swollen", finer and drapable. The water regain increases significantly (> 50%)..

Suction hoods

The vertically movable suction hoods (height finely adjustable - fig 2) allow a continuous visual control of the fabric even during the process and simplify maintenance operations.

Free steamer

As a free steamer on belt - Hybrid B - it guarantees the best performances of traditional free steamers in presence of extremely low steam consumption. The dimensional stability of the processed fabrics is improved thanks to relaxation and shrinkage. In case on woolen fabrics the handle becomes "swollen", finer and drapable. The appearance becomes "opaque" and the water regain increases significantly (> 50%). It is also suitable for the relaxation and shrinkage of knitted fabrics (made of wool, cotton, synthetics and their mixtures) and relaxation and shrinkage of warp-knit fabrics (nylon / elastomer).

Vertical chains

The vertical chains in special cast brass alloy are nickel-plated (Red Carpet design) and are supplied with pins eventually accompanied by the anti-release device.

Simplified maintenance

Simplified maintenance thanks to the possibility of extracting the vaporization tanks, to raise the suction hoods as desired and thanks to free access to the main components.
